Terms of Service

RECON.OPS (“we,” “us”) provides a paid research console that surfaces public information about TikTok accounts. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

You agree not to use the service to:

• harass, dox, stalk, threaten, or otherwise harm any person;
• build a profile of a real person tied to data they did not make public;
• circumvent rate limits, share credentials, or scrape the service;
• resell or redistribute raw data obtained from the service;
• violate TikTok's Terms or any applicable law (including GDPR, CCPA, CFAA).

The Email/Phone reverse-lookup tool is restricted to information about an individual you are personally researching with a lawful purpose. Use of this tool is logged.

Data shown is fetched on demand from third-party sources and may be incomplete, stale, or inaccurate. You agree not to rely on it for legal, financial, employment, journalistic, or safety decisions without independent verification.

Plans renew monthly until canceled in the billing portal. The Plus plan includes a 7-day free trial; cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. Charges are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, paid charges are non-refundable.

Keep your credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are violating these Terms.

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the console at least 14 days before they take effect.
